we donate to childhood cancer research!
my story
why I love what I do
Hi! I'm Charlotte and I love to sew! I began sewing during quarantine in April 2020 and have been sewing ever since. I made my first color block sweatshirt for my best friend's birthday and the idea of starting a sewing business sprung from there!
In July 2018, I was diagnosed with osteosarcoma, a form of bone cancer. I went through 9 months of chemotherapy and a limb-salvage surgery on my knee and femur bone. My cancer returned at the end of 2019 and I went through another chemotherapy treatment. I recently had another relapse in my lungs, so I am currently getting chemotherapy at UCSF for the third time.
One of the reasons I decided to start this sewing business was because I wanted a way to give back to childhood cancer and help find a cure for kids. That's why a portion of my proceeds are donated to osteosarcoma cancer research!
